Senior Partner – Marco Bartalotta

Marco has been with the firm since 1997, initially as a trainee solicitor.  Marco’s field of specialisation is personal injury litigation and along with Michelle assists in the management of the firm’s residential conveyancing and will and probate departments.

Marco is also the firm’s anti money laundering officer.  He is highly skilled negotiator.

Partner – Michelle Johnson

Michelle has been with the firm since 2001, initially as a trainee solicitor.  Michelle is a highly experienced personal injury solicitor with experience in conducting claims to a successful conclusion across a wide range of matters.  She is the firm’s data protection officer.

Associate Solicitor – Kyle Fox

Kyle has been with the firm since 2010, initially as a trainee solicitor.  Kyle has significant experience as a solicitor conducting claims for personal injury arising from a range of accidents.  He is also the firm’s residential conveyancer.  He is responsible for the wills and probate department, including advice and drafting of lasting powers of attorney.
